The Cap Sleeve Shrug is very easy to sew. It lies flat across the shoulders and back, so it adds very little bulk. You will need to purchase a stretchy material so the shrug fits properly.

Materials:

approximately 5/8 yard of stretchy material

(Width doesn't matter, because you won't use the full width anyway. In fact, you may have enough material to make an extra shrug for a friend if you'd like.)
