This pretty, fully-lined burgundy dress was only $8 at the local thrift. Unfortunately, however, the V-shaped back was open almost to the waist. But because the dress had a cowl overdrape, it was possible to create a matching fill-in for the low back. The fun thing is that the fill echoes the fishtail at the bottom of the dress.
