Instructions 1. Follow the General Instructions for the ModestProm Easy Gown to make the dress. Cut your dress out using the Jewel neckline. 2. Hem the neckline as usual. 3. Measure down 3" from the shoulder seam on the bodice front. Draw a line that parallels the shoulder seam. 4. Handstitch along this line with small stitches and gather slightly. Knot end and secure carefully. 5. Sew a strand of rhinestones or pearls along the two gathering lines on the front of the dress. (You can cut rhinestone strands to size by using a heavy-duty Xacto knife.)
